Spring is the perfect time to find green tomatoes. This is part of the reason I want to grow tomatoes in my garden. These are a great addition to any meal.

These aren't pink pancakes, but it is my all-time favorite pancake recipe...aside from my Daddy's homemade ones. You will realize Jiffy isn't just for cornbread anymore. This is the recipe from the box, but I add cinnamon and vanilla to make them taste even better.

Being a fan of cooking shows long before there was an entire television network dedicated to it, I listened to chefs talk about all sorts of dishes I had never tasted...usually on Georgia Public Television. 

Lamb is one of my favorite dishes. It's a Christmas tradition to serve leg of lamb in my family, but the rest of the year we fill our craving with lamb chops. The addition of mint truly adds depth to the dish. The smashed potatoes are from a recipe I found online after eating them at a chain restaurant and decided I could do better.
