Located at Willie Smokie Glover Blvd, off Lower Walnut Street, Central City Park is noted for the annual Georgia State Fair in September, the annual Cherry Blossom Festival in March and Luther Williams Field. The Park is utilized year-round for picnics, birthday parties, family reunions, class reunions, company/group outings, concerts, festivals, walks, and many other events. The Park has picnic shelters, playgrounds, walking trail, open space, picnic tables and grills, gazebo, buildings for rent, midway area, a 7 field softball complex and Luther Williams baseball field. The Parks and Recreation Administrative Offices are located at Central City Park. Central City Skatepark is located in building number 10 in the park.
